Every star is made to order in Brisbane. Allow up to two weeks for your star to be made and dispatched. During the pre-order window, stars ship from 1 September.

Every star is numbered. Your number arrives with your dispatch confirmation — it belongs to your star, and only yours.

$9.95 tracked, anywhere in Australia. Free on orders over $60.

shipping — everywhere else

$24.95 tracked, worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility.

returns

Each star is custom-made to the design you submit, so we do not offer change-of-mind returns on customised items. This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law, which does not require returns for custom-made goods when you simply change your mind.

If your star arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — repair, replacement or refund.

Nothing here limits your rights. The consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
